Traffic management systems
Transport companies and transport associations need automated, easy-to-use IT solutions to satisfy passengers. Zelisko’s modern traffic management solutions bring together dozens of different elements in order to archive the highest possible user friendliness.
In addition to classic cash payments, modern ticket printers offer expanded options for buying and checking tickets or subscriptions, such as eTicketing and cashless payments. The integrated high-performance on-board computer solutions also support intelligent passenger information and connection reliability for passengers. Via online interfaces, these devices deliver real-time information on smart control and control center systems to data hubs for transport association information systems. Additional back-office software for fare processing, billing and reporting as well as modern and user-friendly editors for creating ticket layouts, user interfaces and remote maintenance options create an integrated IT solution for transport companies and transport associations for the benefit of passengers.
After a short and intensive project phase, Verkehrsbetriebe Burgenland has successfully started with Zelisko ticket printers/on-board computers and the ITCS computer-aided operations control system.
Within a short and intensive project phase of only six weeks, more than 100 ticket printers were produced, installed and put into operation. In addition, the Zelisko operations control system (ITCS / RBL for short) was installed and parameterised in a new computer centre. In addition to the extremely short project phase, the training of the driving personnel, the dispatching and administration team as well as ensuring smooth operation in Burgenland as of September 4th 2023 was challenging.
The entire team of Zelisko Traffic Management Systems is pleased with the successful completion of the project and thanks the customer.
Zelisko Traffic Management Systems has received certification for e-ticketing in Germany.
We are very pleased that our e-ticketing system has been certified by VDV eTicket Service GmbH & Co KG for use throughout Germany - just in time for the start of the Deutschland-Ticket on May 1st. Our ticket printer has undergone thorough testing to ensure that both the software and the hardware with chip card reader and 2D barcode scanner meet the requirements for e-ticketing.
The underlying e-ticketing system enables transport associations to exchange data throughout Germany and to check the e-tickets in every bus. Misused cards can be automatically blocked via a common blacklist, regardless of which transport association issued them. This also benefits passengers in the event of theft or loss of their eTicket.
We are incredibly proud of our team.
