The Zelisko BLKS (Operations, Control, and Management System) combines the functionalities of an ITCS (Operations Control Center), a VHGS (Sales Management System), and a device management (Management Tool) in one system on a common database. This eliminates the need for additional interfaces between VHGS and ITCS, and the shared data base prevents data errors.
