Zelisko’s engineers helped to write a new page in railroad history when the company launched its first-generation LED trackside signals in 2000

Zelisko was one of the first companies in the world to supply LED-based trackside signals at a time when LEDs were still a brand-new technology. The company added the modified LED Signal EU to its portfolio in 2006.

With their high luminous intensity, light-emitting diodes and special lens systems, these signals are now a familiar sight on rail networks everywhere, ensuring excellent visibility at any time of day, night or year. Because Zelisko is SIL4-certified in accordance with EN 50129, it is relatively easy for the company to adapt its systems to national market

LED Signals

The excellent visibility of the LED Signal EU is the result of a combination of high power LED as a central light source and a special lens system. In combination with the highest safety class level SIL 4, Zelisko LED technology meets the highest demands of modern railway systems. Over 100,000 units are in use worldwide.
